Trust

Handling confidential estate information with care.

You need to be able to trust that information about your estate is handled with care. That is why we make clear where data is processed, who has access, how changes are recorded and how you can export your data. Security, privacy, control and ownership have been part of the platform from the start.

Question one

Where is my data stored and processed?

The platform's primary data and documents are stored within the European Union.

Question two

Who has access to my data?

You decide who gets access to your estate and which information and functions someone can use, based on their role.

Question three

How is AI used responsibly?

AI supports the recognising, organising and summarising of information and can make proposals on that basis.

Question four

How do you protect the platform?

No digital system is entirely without risk.

Important changes remain traceable

For important changes we record who made them, when, and what was changed. That keeps the history transparent, and you can always trace how information came about.

Changes are made in a controlled way

Changes to the platform are tested and reviewed before they become available. Changes to data and systems follow a fixed, controlled procedure.

You keep control of your data

You can export your data and take it with you when you stop using the platform. After termination we remove the data from the active systems within the agreed period. For backups and any statutory retention periods, the arrangements in the data processing agreement and the privacy policy apply.
